Monitoring and Optimizing CPR Strategic Initiative Results


We are pleased to announce the results of the strategic Request for Applications in the area of Monitoring and Optimizing CPR.

The objective of this strategic initiative is to build capacity in resuscitation research in Canada and to support research which will ultimately result in enhanced quality CPR and improved outcomes in both adult and paediatric populations. The outcome of research supported through this RFA will also contribute to the Guidelines for Resuscitation in 2010.

A total of six applications was received, of which one was approved for funding.
