The Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada (HSFC) is pleased to partner with the CIHR Institute of Nutrition, Metabolism and Diabetes (INMD), Institute of Population and Public Health (IPPH), Institute of Human Development, Child and Youth Health (IHDCYH), and the Canadian Population Health Initiative (CPHI) to fund Intervention Research in Healthy Living and Chronic Disease Prevention.

The objective of this funding opportunity is to support the prompt initiation of intervention and evaluation research on rapidly unfolding programs, events, and/or policy initiatives/changes with the potential to impact healthy living and/or chronic disease prevention at the population level.
